S.H.A.D.O.W (CISC 226 – Game Design Final Project)
A 2D mystery adventure game that blends text-based computer puzzles with a top-down exploration system set across cabins and forests. Built in Unity, the game features pixel-art aesthetics, atmospheric sound design, and mechanics such as cloaking, dialogue interactables, and item-based progression.
For this project, I:
-
Developed 19+ scripts for the top-down levels (player/enemy movement, cloak durability, map UI, scene transitions, interactables, dialogue, and combat logic).
-
Designed animations, prefabs, and physics settings to support smooth gameplay across multiple canvas sizes.
-
Imported and integrated all sounds, tile palettes, and sprites for the top-down environments.
-
Wrote the final report, edited the gameplay video, and published the build on GitHub.
This project highlights my skills in Unity development, gameplay scripting, animation, debugging, and collaborative game design
